How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most standard-sized homes take 1-2 hours. Larger properties or heavily soiled carpets may take longer. We'll provide an accurate time estimate when you book.
How long until carpets are dry?
Drying time is weather dependant. With our drying fans add-on service, carpets can dry much faster. We recommend staying off them until completely dry for best results.
Do I need to move furniture?
Yes, please remove all belongings and furniture off carpeted areas that you desire to be cleaned, prior to technician arrival. For other items remaining, we can go around. In some cases, we can go underneath the beds depending on height.
Can you remove all stains?
We specialize in stain removal and can eliminate most common stains. Some permanent stains (dye, bleach damage) cannot be reversed, but we'll always do our best.
Is carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes, we use an alkaline pre-spray which is followed by an acid rinse and anti microbial to neutralise bacteria and chemical agents leaving your carpet soft and bacteria free.
