• Carpet cleaning services
• Water restoration and flood damage repair
• Property inspection services (through partner A1 Property Consultancy)

3. Booking and Quotes

3.1 Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our website, you provide consent for us to contact you via phone, email, or SMS to discuss your requirements and provide pricing information.

3.2 Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change after this period.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Services must be booked and confirmed in advance. We will provide you with a scheduled date and time for service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, credit card, and online payments through Stripe.

4.2 Payment Timing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For quotes requiring deposits, payment terms will be specified in the quote.

4.3 Overdue Payments

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur late payment fees and may be referred to a debt collection agency.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 By Customer

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 By BFYB

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, equipment failure, or technician unavailability. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

6. Service Delivery

6.1 Access Requirements

You must provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring service. If access is denied or unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the service without penalty.

6.2 Property Preparation

For carpet cleaning services, you must remove small items, valuables, and fragile objects from the area. For pest control, you may be required to vacate the premises for a specified period.

6.3 Service Completion

Our technicians will provide a completion report and may request your signature to confirm service delivery.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7.2 Pest Control Warranty

Pest control services may include a warranty period for specific treatments. Warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service.

7.3 Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Insurance

BFYB carries public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, claims will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8.3 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards, allergies, or special conditions on your property that may affect service delivery.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BFYB and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian consumer law.
